TheWristStrap ships from Germany across Europe.

Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive an order confirmation immediately after checkout.

Delivery Times

Delivery times depend on destination: Germany 1–2 business days, other EU countries 3–7 business days. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing the correct delivery address at checkout. If an address correction is needed after placing an order, email info@thewriststrap.com as soon as possible and we will try to update the shipment before dispatch.

Customs & Duties

All shipments are within the European Union. No additional customs duties or import taxes should apply for EU destinations.
