Returns

Eligibility

Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition. Items that show signs of installation, wear, or modification are not eligible for return.

Process

To start a return, email info@thewriststrap.com with your order number. We will provide return instructions. Do not send items back before receiving return instructions.

Costs

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The refund is issued to the original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email info@thewriststrap.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
